Graduated in International Relations, holds a master’s degree in International Strategic Studies; is currently dedicated to foster safer mobility in Brazil through his work at Fundação Thiago de Moraes Gonzaga. Focused on public policies, he leads the Foundation’s advocacy initiatives Nationwide. Eduardo runs the first project in Brazil to aply the Star Ratings for Schools Methodology, in partnership with the city of Porto Alegre and iRap. Also, answers for international relations actions at the Foundation.
